The interactions originate in the assignments that Search & Selection receives from clients (companies), and that are supervised by experienced, psychologically trained consultants.
As a spontaneous applicant, your personal data will be processed in order to match you with and keep you informed of vacancies that fit your profile.
As a targeted applicant, your personal data and evaluation reports will be processed with the aim of going through the application/evaluation process.
When you as a targeted applicant no longer qualify for the vacancy for which you applied, you will be considered as a spontaneous applicant so we can match you with and keep you informed of other open vacancies that fit your profile. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your personal data and evaluation reports will only be passed on to the client for which you are participating in the recruitment and evaluation procedure, and possibly to third parties who are substantively and/or functionally involved in the procedure (e.g. members of a selection committee, jury members, internal/external control bodies, coordinating bodies...). The communication with clients and any third party involved is always in accordance with well-defined privacy guidelines and with a contractual commitment in this regard.
Your data are accessible for our IT and cloud provider Tobania NV for the sole purpose of the technical management of your account.
Your data may also be submitted to an audit firm for the purpose of conducting an audit in the context of obtaining/maintaining a quality label.
In rare cases, we may be required to disclose your personal information as a result of a court order or in order to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations.
Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary in order to achieve the objectives as described under point 2. As a spontaneous applicant, the objective is to be able to keep you informed of suitable vacancies. Therefore, in principle, your data will be kept until you delete yourself from the database. You can do this simply by logging in and unchecking the “I am registered”-box under your registration status or by contacting Search & Selection with the request to delete your data.
In any case, we will retain your personal data in accordance with statutory deadlines and any applicable limitation periods.
You have the right to access your personal data at any time, free of charge, as well as the use we make of your personal data. As an online member, you can use your login and password to access your registered data via the website, as well as make changes or delete your data.
You are free to decide whether or not to provide us with your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
